Default having been made in the payment of the indebtedness secured by that certain mortgage executed on May 15, 2015 by Mary Ann Brown and spouse, Jackie Brown, originally in favor of Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. as beneficiary, as nominee for Home Place Mortgage Loans Inc., and recorded in 601 at 719 on May 21, 2015, in the Office of the Judge of Probate of Randolph County, Alabama, and secured indebtedness having been transferred to Lakeview Loan Servicing, LLC. LOGS Legal Group LLP, as counsel for Mortgagee or Transferee and under and by virtue of power of sale contained in the said mortgage will, on September 7, 2023, sell at public outcry to the highest bidder at the main entrance of the Randolph County, Alabama, Courthouse in the City of Wedowee, during the legal hours of sale, the following real estate situated in Randolph County, Alabama, to wit:
Lots Two (2) and Three (3) in Block “F” of the Lakeview Estate Subdivision in the City of Roanoke, Alabama, according to Map and Plat of said Subdivision made by White and Camp, Registered Engineers and Land Surveyors of LaGrange, Georgia, said Map and Plat being recorded in the Office of the Judge of Probate of Randolph County, Alabama, in Plat Book 1, and on Page 64 thereof.

This sale is made for the purpose of paying the indebtedness secured by said mortgage, as well as the expenses of foreclosure.
