Notice is hereby given that a Petition for Summary Distribution of the above named estate has been filed by Cynthia Hill on the 17th day of July, 2023, and that 30 days after the notice of publication, such date being the 23rd of August, 2023, at 10:00 a.m., at which time anyone with a claim or a concern may appear, and pursuant to law, the Court shall be required to enter an order directing summary distribution of the estate of said decedent.
