Default having been made in the payment of the indebtedness secured by that certain mortgage executed by Shirley M. Shelton, an unmarried woman, to Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as Mortgagee, as nominee for HomeBridge Financial Services, Inc. DBA Real Estate Mortgage Network, its successors and assigns, on January 9, 2018, said mortgage being recorded in the Office of the Judge of Probate of Randolph County, Alabama, on January 11, 2018 at Book Mort 628, at Page 188.
