Roanoke Utilities Board will be accepting bids to repair damage caused by heavy floods March 24-27. All applicants must be a state licensed contractor, must be able to work with FEMA guidelines, and must be able to provide proof of insurance. Deadline to submit a bid will be June 22 at 9:00 am.
