Invitation to Bid

The City of Roanoke will be accepting sealed bids for the demolition of Four nuisance properties located at the corner of Chestnut Street and West Point Street in Roanoke Alabama.

All contractors bidding must have a City of Roanoke business license. Any contractor doing this work will be required to have in force and maintain a minimum of five hundred thousand dollars ($500,000) in liability insurance coverage. All bids must be received at City Hall by 2:00 p.m. on May 8th 2023 and will be opened at that time. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
