Default having been made in the payment of the indebtedness secured by that certain mortgage executed by Janie Beverly, an unmarried woman, originally in favor of Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., acting solely as nominee for PHH Mortgage Corporation, on August 1, 2014, said mortgage recorded in the Office of the Judge of Probate of Randolph County, Alabama, in MORT Book 594 and Page 721; being Re-recorded in MORT Book 599 and Page 277; the undersigned Matrix Financial Services Corporation, as Mortgagee/Transferee, under and by virtue of the power of sale contained in said mortgage, will sell at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash, in front of the main entrance of the Courthouse at Wedowee, Randolph County, Alabama, on June 13, 2023, during the legal hours of sale, all of its rights, title, and interest in and to the following described real estate, situated in Randolph County, Alabama, to-wit: A lot of land in the Town of Wedowee, Alabama, facing on First Avenue South and being 80 feet North and South and 100 feet East and West and more particularly described as follows: Beginning at the Northeast corner of Lot Number 95 in Town of Wedowee, Alabama and running South 151 feet to a point; being the Point of Beginning of the land being conveyed; thence due South 80 feet to a point and across lots numbered 94 and 95 to a corner; thence due West 100 feet to a point; thence due North 80 feet and across lots numbered 94 and 95 to a point, which is the Northwest corner of the land being conveyed; thence in a due East direction 100 feet to the Point of Beginning..
