Notice is hereby given that the Roanoke Planning Commission will conduct a public hearing pursuant to Section 11-52-77 of the Code of Alabama on Tuesday, April 11, 2023 at 5:00 p.m. at City Hall located at 809 Main Street in Roanoke. The purpose of this hearing shall be to receive public comments on an application submitted by Tiffany Calloway Staples for a proposed rezoning of property located on the corner of Wilkie Clark drive and Government street. A vacant lot in Roanoke, Alabama.

All persons wishing to speak in favor of or in opposition to the proposed rezoning request are encouraged to attend this hearing. The City of Roanoke will conduct the meeting in compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act and will provide reasonable accommodations to individuals with disabilities.
