You are hereby notified that the above-styled action seeking the termination of your parental rights of the above-referenced child was filed against you by the Petitioner in the Juvenile Court, Randolph County, Alabama, and that by reason of an order for service of summons by publication entered by the Court, you are hereby commanded and required to file with the clerk of the court and to serve upon Petitioner’s attorney, Daniel A. Williams II, Duke & Heath, Attorneys at Law, 539 Newnan Street, Carrollton, GA 30117 and answer to the Verified Petition of Termination of Parental Rights within thirty (30) days after the last publication of this Notice, or default judgment will be entered against you.
