Margie Louise Loveless

(MICAVILLE) Funeral services for Margie Louise Loveless, 79, of Micaville were held on Saturday, March 11, 2023, at Pinetucky Baptist Church with Bro. Vann Williamson officiating. Burial followed in the adjourning cemetery.

Mrs. Loveless passed away Thursday, March 9, at St. Vincent’s Hospital in Birmingham.

Survivors include her husband, Charles Loveless of Micaville; one son, Thomas Loveless (Teresa) of Trickum Valley; two daughters, Vickie Williamson (Vann) and Charlotte Ayres (Billy), both of Micaville; seven grandchildren, Jessica Sorto, Valerie Noles, Rachelle Cobb, Charlie Williamson, Jonathon Williamson, Erin Nickel and Anna Ayres; 11 great-grandchildren, Alliyah Warren, Layla Warren, Madilyn Nolen, Hunter Jennings, Heidi Noles, Hensley Noles, Kaley Harris, Payton Harris, Emma Williamson, Beckett Williamson and Bennett Williamson; one sister, Rita Hudgins of Tennessee; one brother, Thomas Hudgins (Donna) of Micaville; and one sister-in-law, Sue Hudgins of Sylvania.

Pallbearers were Charlie Williamson, Jonathon Williamson, Johnny Nickel, Houston Hudgins, Vernon Loveless and Andy Cobb.

A Calhoun County native, Mrs. Loveless was born on Oct. 6, 1943, the daughter of Thomas Benson and Mildred Louise Petty Hudgins. She was a member of Pinetucky Baptist Church. Margie was the most giving, loving, and kind woman. She was a dedicated wife to Charles for 63 1/2 years and a loving mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. She loved to cook and always shared her delicious meals with family and friends. She was also a lovely seamstress. It brought her deep joy to use her gifts to serve others. Her faith in God meant everything to her. She is now at peace with the God who loves her.

She was preceded in death by her parents and brother, Bobby Hudgins.
