ROW); thence along the ROW S 13°06’35” E a distance of 242.21 ft. to a point; thence S 13°59’48” E a distance of 205.85 ft. to the South line of the NE 1/4 of the NE 1/4; thence leaving the ROW S 88°22’45” E a distance of 125.40 ft. to the East line of the NE 1/4 of the NE 1/4; thence N 02°11’35” E a distance of 616.26 ft. to the Point of Beginning, containing 2.19 ACRES, more or less.
