The City of Roanoke will be accepting sealed bids for surplus property located on Government Street in Roanoke, Alabama. The property is a vacant lot and is approximately 1 acre in size. If you would like to bid, place bid in a sealed envelope and designate as surplus property bid on the outside. You can deliver to 809 Main Street Roanoke or mail to P.O. Box 1270 Roanoke, Alabama 36274. All bids must be received at City Hall by 10:00 a.m. Friday March 3rd 2023 and will be opened at that time. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
