Whereas, default has occurred in the performance of the covenants, terms and conditions of a lease agreement by the Janet W. Sparks (Occupant) and Safe Storage of Wedowee, LLC (Operator) for a certain storage unit located at 778 W. Broad St., Wedowee, AL, notice is hereby given that the Operator is enforcing the lien and will sale the personal property located within the storage unit per Article 2A of the Alabama Self Storage Facilities Act. The personal property located in the Occupants leased storage unit will be sold at auction at on February 11, 2023 at 778 West Broad St., Wedowee, AL at 11:00 am CST.
