Default having been made in the payment of the indebtedness secured by that certain mortgage executed by Jamison M. Vowell and Stephanie Vowell, husband and wife, originally in favor of Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as nominee for Homestar Financial Corp., on March 10, 2017, said mortgage recorded in the Office of the Judge of Probate of Randolph County, Alabama, in Mort Book 619 Page 781; the undersigned Lakeview Loan Servicing, LLC, as Mortgagee/Transferee, under and by virtue of the power of sale contained in said mortgage, will sell at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash, in front of the main entrance of the Courthouse at Wedowee, Randolph County, Alabama, on March 23, 2023, during the legal hours of sale, all of its rights, title, and interest in and to the following described real estate, situated in Randolph County, Alabama, to-wit: A certain tract or parcel of land situated in the City of Roanoke, Alabama, and described as follows: Begin at the Southeast corner of the [former] preacher parish’s lot on Radney Street and run Southwest along Radney Street 80 feet for a beginning point; thence running back parallel with the [former] parish lot 200 feet to a corner; thence Southwest 80 feet; thence back to Radney Street of a uniform width of 80 feet 200 feet; thence along Radney Street 80 feet to the beginning point. The same being a lot facing on Radney Street 80 feet and running back 200 feet. ALSO: Commencing at center line intersection of Price Street and running in a Westerly direction along the North side of Radney Street a distance of 445 feet to the point of beginning; thence in a Northerly direction along the property line of Dan Clement [ as existed on or about April 21, 1958] 200 feet to a corner; thence in a Westerly direction along the [former] property line of William D. Holder 30 feet to a corner; thence in a Southerly direction along the [former] property line of J. Garfield Prestridge a distance of 200 feet to a corner and the Northerly side of Radney Street; thence in an Easterly direction along the Northerly side of Radney Street 30 feet to the point of beginning. ALSO: Commencing at the center line of Price Street and running in a Westerly direction along the Northerly side of Radney Street a distance of 475 feet, more or less, to the point of beginning; thence in a Northerly direction along the property line of Dan Clement [ as existed on or about September 17, 1963] 200 feet to a corner; thence in a Westerly direction along the [former] property line of Civin Dollar a distance of 90 feet, more or less, to a corner; thence in a Southerly direction along the [former] property line of Frank M. and Kate H. Hornsby a distance of 200 feet, more or less, to a corner and the Northerly side of Radney Street; thence in an Easterly direction along Radney Street 90, feet, more or less, to the Point of Beginning.
