NOTICE OF FILING OF PETITION FOR SUMMARY DISTRIBUTION

Notice is hereby given that a Petition for Summary Distribution of the above named estate has been filed by Frisco Gay on the 12th day of January, 2023, and that 30 days after the notice of publication, such date being the 21st day of Feb., 2023, at 10:00 a.m., at which time anyone with a claim or a concern may appear, and pursuant to law, the Court shall be requested to enter an order directing summary distribution of the estate of said decedent.
