Betty Ann Kirkpatrick

(ROANOKE) Betty Ann Kirkpatrick, 71, of Roanoke, passed away on Jan. 7, 2023, in Gainesville, Ga.

Ann was born in Fulton County, Ga. on Sept. 3, 1951 to the late Fred Birdsong and Joyce Allen Birdsong. She graduated from Lakeshore High School in 1969. She attended LaGrange College. Ann was a retired Echocardiogram/Ultrasound Technician.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Fred and Joyce Birdsong, and her great-grandson, Silas Kirkpatrick.

Ann is survived by sons, Steven Kirkpatrick of LaGrange and Adam (Carmen) Kirkpatrick of Gainesville, Ga.; her grandchildren, Anna Kirkpatrick Pearce of LaGrange, Jessica Kirkpatrick of Franklin, Ga., Joshua Kirkpatrick, Cecilia Kirkpatrick, Rebecca Kirkpatrick and Jacob Kirkpatrick of Dallas, Ga.; her sister, Kathy (Gordon) Stephens of Loganville, Ga.; her brother, David (Gene) Birdsong of Lawrenceville, Ga.; three nieces, one nephew and her cousins. 

The family will have a private memorial service in Gainesville on Jan. 16.
