Jonathan Rufus Simmons Jr., 18, of 500 Co Rd 38, Lineville – Possession of marijuana, drug paraphernalia – Dec. 11

Jonathan David Simons, 23, of 81 Overton Mtn Dr, Roanoke – First degree possession of marijuana – Dec 10

Kelli Nicole Beck, 35, of 7927 Co Rd 59, Roanoke – Unlawful posession or reciept of controlled substance, drug paraphernalia use, posession or delivery – Dec. 10

Andrew Benjamin Sivell, 42, of 4010 Lanett St, Lanett – Fugitive from justice – Dec. 10

Randall Wayne Burkhart, 62, of 4164 Co Rd 329, Wedowee – Failure to appear in court (first degree receiving stolen property, third degree receiving stolen property, second degree possession of marijuana) – Dec. 7

Steven Lee Henry, 50, of 3161 Louina Rd, Roanoke – Failure to appear in court (driving with revoked liscense) – Dec. 7

Incident Reports

A person reported someone using their personal identification to open up a Verizon account and to order an iPhone 14pro in the amount of $2100 – Dec 6.

Deputies were dispatched to Wedowee in reference to a vehicle fire. The victim stated that he took his vehicle to be serviced and when he got home he smelled smoke coming from under the hood. The victim also stated that he went inside his residence to tell his wife and while he was inside the vehicle caught on fire. – Dec 7

Someone stole a Ruger LCP Pistol, a Sthil 660 chainsaw with a 36” bar and chain and a Craftsman tool set from a residence on Co Rd 88, Wedowee – Dec 7

A person reported a tag stolen off of his vehicle. The person stated that his 2017 Ford Fusion was towed to a lot on CR 87 and when he went to retrieve his vehicle the tag was missing. The person also stated that he did not know who would have stolen his tag. – Dec 12

A deputy was dispatched to a residence on Co Rd 87, Woodland, in reference to to a male being shot by another male subject resulting from an argument between the two. The caller stated that the shooter was still on the scene with a gun in his hand. Dispatch advised that one of the male subjects was on his way to Wedowee with a gunshot wound that was self-inflicted during the altercation. – Dec 12
