Euwell Argene Giles

(ROANOKE) Graveside services for Euwell Argene Giles, 91, of Roanoke will be held on Wednesday, Dec. 14, 2022, at 2 p.m. at Randolph Memory Gardens with Bro. Kenneth Johnson officiating.

Mr. Giles passed away on Saturday, Dec.10, at Roanoke Healthcare Center.

Survivors include his wife, Dubby Giles of Lineville; one daughter, Jamie Giles of California; two sons, Jerry Giles (Moira) of Franklin, Tenn., and Mike Giles of California; six grandchildren, Coleman Giles, Nathan Ticorat, Jonathan Ticorat, Zackary Ticorat, Victoria Ticorat and Tyler Ticorat.

Pallbearers will be Coleman Giles, Jonathan Ticorat, David Tillis, Robbie Taylor, Shane Taylor, and Chris Taylor.

A Cleburne County native, Mr. Giles was born on Aug. 11, 1931, the son of Clyde and Minnie Lee Coleman Giles. He was a member of Crossroads Baptist Church, a US Navy veteran of the Korean conflict, and retired from the Alabama Forestry Service. Mr. Giles was preceded in death by his parents and two wives, Lucille Giles and Doris Giles.
