Invitation to Bid

The City of Roanoke will be accepting sealed bids for the demolition of a nuisance property located on Knight Avenue and Radney Street in Roanoke Alabama.

All contractors bidding must have a City of Roanoke business license. Any contractor doing this work will be required to have in force and maintain a minimum of five hundred thousand dollars ($500,000) in liability insurance coverage. All bids must be received at City Hall by 10:00 a.m. Friday November 18, 2022 and will be opened at that time. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
