Beginning at the NW corner of the lot presently [or formerly] owned by T. J. Brazeal; thence running North 13 degrees 15 minutes West 300 feet, more or less, to the Wedowee Creek; thence in an easterly direction along said creek to present bridge and road that crosses said creek; thence in a southerly direction along public road 140 feet, more or less, to the [current or former] Yarbrough lot (later owned by Lewis Wilson); thence in a Southwesterly direction 543 feet, more or less, to the point of beginning, the bearing of the last lien being North 61 degrees 15 minutes East, less a right-of-way from road across above-described land to bottoms that lies west of this land.
ALSO: A part of the SE 1/4 of the NE 1/4 of Section 3, Township 20, Range 11, described as follows: Beginning at a point in the center of the public road that runs north of the Randolph County High school from Wedowee, Alabama, to Dobson Mill Place 331.9 feet westerly from the center intersection of said road with the public road that runs east of the said school building running northerly crossing Wedowee Creek North of said school building; from this point run in a northerly direction at an angle of 107 degrees 40 minutes from the center line of said road first above mentioned along the east boundary line of the tract of land [currently or formerly] owned by T. J. Brazeal a distance of 350 feet; thence in an easterly direction at an angle of 72 degrees 20 minutes from said last line a distance of 36 feet; thence in a southerly direction, parallel with the first line above mentioned 350 feet to the center of the road first above mentioned; thence in a westerly direction along the center of said road a distance of 36 feet to the beginning point.
ALSO: A parcel of land beginning at an iron stake at the edge of the road that runs north of Randolph County High School building, and run 126 feet in an easterly direction along the edge of road; thence north 350 feet; thence west 126 feet; thence South 350 feet to beginning point. This parcel is in the SE 1/4 of the NE 1/4 of Section 3, Township 20, Range 11 that lies east of Frog Level Branch and south of Wedowee Creek and North of Randolph County High School Road. Said iron stake being 60 feet west of where a line running north and south parallel to east side of furnace building to new Randolph County High School crosses the road.
LESS AND EXCEPT: Commencing at the purported Southeast corner of Section 3, Township 20 South, Range 11 East, Randolph County, Alabama; thence N 2°41’47” E a distance of 2418.57 feet, thence N 21°35’25”W a distance of 711.76 feet to the northerly right of way of Circle Drive; thence N 9°17’49” W a distance of 210.0 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING; thence continuing N 9°17’49” W a distance of 147.03 feet; thence N 71°46’08” E a distance of 331.05 feet; thence N 16°36’27” W a distance of 136.28 feet to the southerly bank of an existing creek; thence the following calls along said bank; S 86°50’22” W a distance of 86.24 feet; S 83°45’47” W a distance of 247.45 feet; S 83°26’52” W a distance of 63.75 feet; S 78°40’12”W a distance of 62.28 feet; thence S 7°46’10” E leaving said bank a distance of 389.37 feet; thence N 79°57’21” E a distance of 159.57 feet back to the Point of Beginning; containing 2.64 acres, more or less.
Also, a 10.0- foot easement beginning at the point of beginning of said property; thence S 9°17’49” E a distance of 210.0 feet to the Northerly right of way of Circle Drive.

Any and all unknown parties, including any person claiming a present interest therein and including any person claiming any future, contingent, reversionary, remainder or other interests therein, who may claim any interest in the above described property;

Any and all unknown parties, including any person claiming a present interest therein and including any person claiming any future, contingent, reversionary, remainder or other interest therein, who make claim any interest in the property the subject of this litigation, said property being situated in Randolph County, Alabama and being more particularly described as follows:

whose residences are unknown, must answer the Complaint of DARLENE DAUGHERTY within 30 days after the last publication of this notice or a judgment by default may be rendered against them in Case No. CV-22-900051 Circuit Court of Randolph County, Alabama.
