Frog Level Music Festival successful

Crowds mingle through the median under an American flag in downtown  Wedowee during the second annual Frog Level Music Festival, which was held Saturday in Wedowee.

The event began with a fun run and 5k race that had over 100 participants. The festival also featured vendors that filled the downtown median, as well as a display of antique automobiles that ran from Main Street up Highway 48 in front of First Bank of Alabama. There was also a stage off of Main Street where music was performed throughout the day.

A ceremony in honor of Memorial Day also took place at the monument to Randolph County’s fallen soldiers in front of the courthouse.

The day concluded with a concert on the main stage at the RCHS football practice field in front of the high school.
