John Mobley Daniel
(HUNTSVILLE) John Mobley Daniel, 93, passed away Saturday, April 9, 2022, in Huntsville.
A celebration of life memorial service will be at 1 p.m. on Saturday, April 16, at Union Baptist Church, 7645 Old Hwy. 431, Newell, with the Rev. Ed Halsey officiating. Visitation will follow the service.
John was born in Camp Hill and was a businessman and longtime resident of Roanoke.
He was a beloved father, grandfather and great-grandfather who is survived by his wife of 67 years, Kay Francis Averill Daniel; daughter, Melody Hagler (Greg) of Huntsville; and three sons, Mike (Fredia) of Newell, Chris (Gloria) of Kennesaw, Ga., and Tim (Beth) of Huntsville. John is also survived by 11 grandchildren and four great-granddaughters.
