Lance Cory Rollins

(WOODLAND) The funeral for Lance Cory Rollins, 51, of Woodland will be Thursday, March 17, 2022, at 2 p.m. at Benefield Funeral Chapel with the Rev. Donald Spradlin officiating. Burial will follow at Woodland First Congregational Methodist Church Cemetery.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 5 to 8 p.m. on Wednesday.

Mr. Rollins passed away Tuesday, March 15, at Tanner Medical Center in Wedowee.

A Randolph County native, Mr. Rollins was born March 2, 1971, the son of Wayne Wesley and June Diane Tankersley Rollins. He was Christian by faith and a member of Woodland First Congregational Methodist Church.

Survivors include his son, Wesley Gable Rollins of Woodland; mother and stepfather, June Diane Tankersley Rollins and Junior Rollins of Woodland; and three brothers, Scott Rollins (Tammy) and Don Rollins (Denise), both of Buchanan, Ga., and Beau Rollins (Tiffany) of Woodland. Mr. Rollins was preceded in death by his father, Wayne Wesley Rollins.

Pallbearers will be Kenny Rollins, Wade Rollins, Beau Rollins, Matt Rollins, Steve Rollins, Josh Rollins, Andrew Rollins, Ethan Hope and Gable Rollins.
