Roanoke police reoprt

A man Roanoke Police stopped for speeding on Saturday night was in a stolen vehicle.

According to the report from RPD, Tony Bernard Hill, 48, of 308 Old LaFayette Hwy., Roanoke, was stopped while driving a white 2011 Mitsubishi Galant.

When it was discovered the car belonged to someone else, RPD contacted that person. The vehicle’s owner had been asleep and had not yet realized the car was gone.

Hill was arrested and charged with auto theft.

Terry Lee Prothro, 48, of 625 West Ave., Roanoke – harassment – Feb. 18

Kimberly Hernandez, 38, of 519 College St., Roanoke – failure to appear in court – Feb. 15

Alyssa Todd, 33, of 606 Commerce St., Roanoke – seven counts of failure to appear in court – Feb. 15
