WHEREAS, default has occurred in the performance of the covenants, terms and conditions of a mortgage from JUSTIN A LOYD, UNMARRIED MAN, to MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS INC. AS MORTGAGEE, AS NOMINEE FOR HOMESTAR FINANCIAL CORP., on the 7th day of September, 2018, said mortgage recorded in the Office of the Judge of Probate of Randolph County, Alabama, on September 11, 2018, in Deed/Mortgage Book 634, Page 613 , Randolph County, Alabama Records, said Mortgage having subsequently been transferred and assigned to PennyMac Loan Services, LLC, by instrument recorded in the aforesaid Probate Office; notice is hereby given that the undersigned PennyMac Loan Services, LLC, as Mortgagee/Transferee, under and by virtue of the power of sale contained in said mortgage, will sell at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash in front of the main entrance of the Courthouse in Wedowee, Randolph County, Alabama, on April 4, 2022, during the legal hours of sale, all of its right, title, and interest in and to the following described real estate, situated in Randolph County, Alabama, to-wit:

HOWARD, ALABAMA LICENSED PROFESSIONAL LAND SURVEYOR, PLS NO. 33949.
Said legal description being controlling, however the property is more commonly known as 116 LEBANON STREET, Roanoke, AL 36274.
