NOTICE

Notice is hereby given that the defendants and anyone having an interest in the herein described real estate, must plead, answer, or demur on or before the 4th day of March, 2022, setting out any right, title, or interest in the following described real estate, or judgment by default may be entered against you:

Start at the SE corner of the NW 1/4 of NW 1/4 of Section 4, Township 19 South, Range 10 East; thence run South along the East boundary of the SW 1/4 of NW 1/4 of said Section 4, 190 feet, more or less, to the second branch, being the point of beginning; thence run Easterly along said branch to a branch fork and continue Easterly along the branch to Highway No. 82 (the distance along the branches being approximately 650 feet); thence run Southwesterly along the R/W of Highway No. 82 approximately 885 feet; thence run West approximately 75 feet to the East boundary of the SW 1/4 of the NW 1/4 of said Section 4; thence run North 760 feet, more or less, to the branch at the point of beginning; being 6.8 acres, more or less, in the SE 1/4 of NW 1/4 of Section 4, Township 19 South, Range 10 East in Randolph County, Alabama.

Said Bill of Complaint was filed with the Circuit Court of Randolph County on the 6th day of January, 2022 against the herein described land to establish that the plaintiff named herein is seized of fee simple absolute title thereto.
