O’Brian Seymour

(WADLEY) The funeral for O’Brian Seymour, 74, of Wadley will be at 1 p.m. on Saturday, Jan. 8, 2022, at Quattlebaum Funeral Chapel with Rev. Blain Turner and Rev. Larry Cosper officiating. Burial will follow at Randolph Memory Gardens.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home beginning at 11 a.m. Saturday. For anyone attending visitation and/or the funeral service, the family requests that a mask be worn.

Mr. Seymour passed away Monday, Jan. 3, at his home.

A lifelong Randolph County resident, Mr. Seymour was born Aug. 2, 1947, the son of Palmer and Lena Stewart Seymour. He was a member of Community Baptist Church and had been a service technician with West Point Foundry.

Survivors include his wife, Charlene Burke Seymour of Wadley; two sons, Richard Seymour (Kelly) of Auburn and Westley Seymour of Roanoke; five grandchildren, Quincy Seymour, Ava Seymour, Grace Seymour, Brian Seymour and Aidan Seymour; mother, Lena Stewart Seymour; sister, Mary John Seymour Brown of Wadley; and brother-in-law, Joseph Ray of Birmingham.

Members of Roanoke Masonic Lodge will serve as pallbearers.
