Worship on the Water gets underway

The first of this summer's Worship on the Water services took place Sunday at Lakeside Marina.

SIFAT (Servants in Faith and Technology) sponsors Worship on the Water (WOW) each Sunday at 9 a.m. from Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend. All services are held under the pines at Lakeside Marina north of Wedowee on U.S. 431.

WOW's motto for the informal outdoor service is "Come by boat, come by car, come as you are."

Following is the schedule of speakers and music for 2017, with some still to be announced:
