Roanoke youth soccer

The Roanoke recreation department signups for youth soccer will be Saturday, Sept. 9 from 9 a.m. to noon.

Those interested in signing up can also go by the recreation center during normal business hours from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. Monday through Friday to register.

Registration is $35 per player and is open to all children ages 4-14.

Woodland Little League meeting

Woodland Little League parents will meet Thursday, Sept. 7, at 7:30 p.m. at the community center.

This meeting will involve all Woodland Little League sports, softball, baseball, football and basketball.
